Kevin A. " Mo Pain"  McCone, 38 years old, died in Tufts New England Medical Center, Boston, on Jan. 7 2009 following a lengthy illness.  Born in Taunton, son of Henry McCone of Taunton and the late Dorothy Brown-McMahon.  He was educated in Taunton schools and was a member of the Taunton High School Class of 1989 where he played football for four years.  He enjoyed weightlifting, fishing and cooking.  He was known as “ Mo Pain”, a nickname he used when wrestling, where he was a fan favorite and crowd favorite.  He also enjoyed trips to the casino with his friends and traveling to Louisiana for the Mardi Gras. Kevin is the father of Kayla McCone.  Kevin is survived by his brothers, Henry McCone and Scott McCone and his wife Paula, all of Taunton and he was the brother of the late Kimberly Mc Cone.  He is the uncle of five nieces, Samantha, Alexandra, Krista, Jasmyn and Kimberly.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Baptist Church of All Nations, Winthrop St., ( Rt 44) Taunton  on Tuesday at 11AM.  Interment in Mayflower Hill Cemetery.  Visiting hours on Monday from 4-8PM in the Crapo-Hathaway Funeral Home, 350 Somerset Ave. ( Route 138 South) Taunton.  To light a candle, get directions or to access the memorial register go to www.hathawayfunerals.com
