6. Completed: "It is finished!" While I was in seminary I had a seasoned pastor tell me that his week is not complete if he does not mow the lawn. He shared the fact that ministry never seems complete, since most of what we do is not evident to the eye. What I learned was that as ministers we needed to find balance. Some things will need to give us a sense of accomplishment or else we will feel incomplete. Do you have balance? What do you do in order to feel that your work is complete?
