RELAY FOR LIFE
To benefit the American Cancer Society
When: 6pm Friday June 5th – 10am Saturday June 6th
Where: Hopewell Park, Taunton
Team B.C.A.N. has approximately 34 members!!! Praise God!!
There will be a very important meeting for all team members and those who would like to help/support the team on Sunday 5/31/09 immediately following church service to go over the details of the event. Anyone who has been fund raising, please bring your donation envelopes with the collected funds to this meeting. If any of you have sold the white Luminaria bags, please bring these to this meeting as well.
We are also looking for support from our church family for this event. We will need help on Friday 6/5 around 3pm to help set up our site and also on Saturday 6/6 at 10am to help clean up the site.
Many of the team will be spending either the entire night or a good portion of the day/night at the event and will need food/small meals to keep them energized. We are looking for donations of salads, hot dogs/hamburgers (there will be a grill at the site), rolls, desserts, paper goods, breakfast items, etc.
