TAUNTON – Kevin P. Fagan, 25, died suddenly by accident in East Providence, RI, Sunday, February 3, 2008. Born in Fall River, the son of State Rep. James H. and Taunton School Committewoman Christine A. (Lussier) Fagan, Kevin graduated with the Class of 2001 of Taunton High School, and with the Class of 2006 of Fitchburg State College.

Kevin played football for both Taunton High and Fitchburg College. During his college senior year, he served an internship at Disney World in Florida. He was a communicant of St. Paul’s Church. He was a One-on-One aide for the Taunton School Department at the Chamberlain School, an aide at Galligan School, and a long time substitute teacher in the Taunton School Department.

On October 1, 2007, Keven started as a sales representative for W. B. Mason. He was a member of the Taunton Elks Lodge and a member of the Taunton YMCA. His family was so very important to him.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his five brothers, Michael Fagan and his wife Mia, Patrick Fagan, Daniel Fagan, Matthew Fagan and James Fagan, all of Taunton. He was the uncle of Kaylie, Colton and Rylie Fagan. He was the grandson of Francis and Germain Lussier of Somerset and the late Homer and Anna Fagan. He is the nephew of ten aunts and uncles, the great-nephew of Roland Boutin of Taunton, and the cousin of several.

Funeral Information

A Mass of Christian Burial, to which relatives and friends are invited to attend, will be held in St. Mary’s Church, Taunton, Friday, February 8, 2008, at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Taunton. Visiting hours will be held Thursday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00PM in THE CRAPO-HATHAWAY FUNERAL HOME, 350 Somerset Ave. (Route 138 South), Taunton.
